Saving the mail to disk after sending it...
We 're using Powerbuilder to save an email with attachments and send it afterwards. This works, but it looks like that in some conditions (unknown) the attachments are lost. This is a big problem. No solution found yet. It worked in Office 2003, but now in Office 2007 it seems not ok.
Solution found: store the mailitem.SaveSentMessageFolder, Send/Display the mail item and query the stored folder to find the sent mailitem (I'm using the userproperties to store an unique identifier). Save the found item again over the original file.

The condition is quite easy, because there is a program which has all necessary capabilities which help to solve almost every kind of like troubles for quite not short time, but it will force to forget about the issue - open ost file.
